Brilliant Development Co. Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations in property administration and customs clearance. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and brings strong administrative, coordination, and logistics skills

Specific Skills
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with office systems and administrative best practices.
Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Customs Clearance & Logistics Coordination
    • Prepare and manage documentation for customs clearance, declarations, and cargo transit.
    • Coordinate closely with customs officers and ensure smooth handling of all import/export compliance matters.
    • Monitor cargo movements and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
  2. Property Management & Maintenance Oversight
    • Oversee company assets, including properties, facilities, and vehicles.
    • Ensure regular maintenance, repairs, and updates are conducted as needed
    • Maintain accurate records of property condition, servicing logs, and logistics inventory.
  3. Scheduling & Coordination
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and internal events.
    • Prepare agendas and support logistical arrangements for meetings and site visits.
  4. Office Operations Support
    • Order and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient stock levels.
    • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
  5. General Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to department heads and team members
    • Carry out other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
