Responsibilities & Duties
IT Operations:
- Supervise and operate the organization’s IT equipment and solutions.
- Administer servers, the local network, and workstations.
- Administer the telecom network.
- Administer user accounts (AD accounts, O365 accounts).
- Manage and renew the fleet of workstations and printers; provide IT consumables to users.
- Acquire/renew licenses necessary for the operation of workstations.
- Manage the organization’s IT operating budget.
User Support:
- Handle user intervention or assistance requests as first-level support.
- Interface with the Mobility/Corporate IT Department for any support and/or maintenance requests on applications provided by the Mobility/Corporate Division that exceed local competence.
- Interface with the Corporate IT Department for any support and/or maintenance requests on equipment provided by the Corporate IT Department that exceed local competence.
Evolution of the Organization’s IT System and Resources:
- Propose improvements to the performance of the organization’s information system and IT resources.
- Define (objectives, budget, schedule) and implement local projects.
- Contribute to Group projects.
- Precisely select various stakeholders and subcontractors.
Implementation of the Group’s IT and Cybersecurity Policy:
- Implement technical/application directives from the Corporate IT Department and the Mobility IT Department.
- Apply the Group’s cybersecurity policy and implement the cybersecurity solutions recommended by the Group.
Implementation of the Manufacturer’s IT and Cybersecurity Policy:
- Implement technical/application directives from the Corporate IT Department and the Mobility IT Department.
- Interface with the OEM IT Department for any support and/or maintenance requests on equipment provided by the OEM that exceed local competence.
- Manage and renew the workshop diagnostic machines, updating software in a timely manner.
