About The Job
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in MEP construction, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical systems are executed according to project specifications, industry standards, and within the project timeline.
This role involves reviewing material specifications, supervising subcontractors, coordinating approvals with consultants, and verifying site deliveries. The MEP Engineer will also support quantity take-offs for mechanical materials and contribute to the accurate execution of mechanical designs. Familiarity with REVIT is considered a strong asset.

Extensive experience in MEP construction (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing)

Strong ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings

Proficiency in reviewing material specifications and managing submittals

Experience in supervising MEP subcontractors and ensuring quality compliance

Skilled in coordinating material delivery and site verification

Knowledge of construction scheduling and progress tracking

Capability in mechanical material quantity take-offs

Basic knowledge of REVIT or other BIM tools (preferred)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities
Responsibilities & Duties
- Must have previous experience in MEP construction (HVAC, Firefigting and Plumbing).
- Ability to read and understand project specifications.
- Reviewing materials specifications and submitting for consultant approval.
- Receiving materials on site and making sure they are in line with the specifications.
- Supervising MEP subcontractors and making sure the works are in line with the specifications.
- Track works progress and making sure it is in line with the schedule.
- Quantity take-off for mechanical material.
- Knowledge of REVIT is an advantage.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
