About The Job
We are looking to hire skilled and motivated Mechanical Technicians. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Specific Skills
- Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment is an asset or willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams.
- Proven problem-solving skills for technical challenges
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as ET & SIS is an advantage.
- Possess a valid category B driver’s license.
- Proficient communication skills in either English or French.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement repair strategies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and diagnostics performed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards during all operations.
- Stay updated on advancements in diagnostic tools and equipment.
Educational Requirements
- Hold a minimum of an A2 diploma or higher (equivalent to a high school diploma) in general mechanics, industrial maintenance, or electromechanics.
