About The Job
Parts sales to workshop and external customers, warehouse control, Logistics supply chain management.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Parts identification on ETKA (manufacturer online application) for internal and external customers
- Parts issuing on Autoline (DMS)
- Ensure proper and correct Filing of picking slips and gate pass
- Printing PPI o Follow up incase of any variance and updating
- Receiving of parts on Autoline (GRN)
- Updating binning location o Binning of parts – Ensure all parts have bin locations
- Verifying parts which have arrived together with supplier and claim incase of damage or short-landing.
- Ensure efficient, timely and detailed communication with workshop and body shop related to parts issues.
- Ensure ALL reports are sent in due time to the management.
- Ensure to prepare monthly stock orders request are approved by management by 5th of every month.
- Ensure all WIPs in 006, Department B Parts are resolved and no WIP is outstanding.
- Ensure all estimates for accident vehicles are ready within 2 days.
- Ensure the semi-annual and annual parts stock take is done.
- Assisting over the counter customers.
- Ordering of parts on E-parts online
- Ensure ordered parts tracking sheet is shared by Friday of every week.
- Participate and present in management weekly meeting.
- Follow up invoices with suppliers
- Parts freight logistics
- Assessing RRA parts declarations and approving
- Follow-up with clearing agent for all parts shipments
- Follow up with local clearing agent on invoices.
- Prepare and deliver spare parts to government institutions.
- Housekeeping.

- To have studied in a field relevant to the provided specifications

- Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
