The Paint Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of paint
production at Amaco Paints, ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of high-
quality products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental
sustainability. This role will require a strong emphasis on operational excellence, quality
control, and continuous improvement while upholding the company's commitment to
producing paints that are both technically advanced and culturally sensitive.

Specific Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint production, preferably within the automotive paint industry.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to solve production issues and ensure efficient operations in a fast- paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Batch Makers to ensure the accurate production of paint formulas according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and palletizing of products.
  • Maintain effective raw material inventory management by overseeing material movement across warehouses and coordinating replenishments.
  • Monitor product quality, ensuring timely turnaround and collaborating with the Quality Control team to resolve any issues.
  • Address discrepancies or challenges on the production floor, fostering a productive and efficient working environment.
  • Oversee the disposal of waste materials in line with company guidelines and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure all machinery remains operational and properly maintained.
  • Ensure all production documentation, including batch tickets and lot numbers, is accurate and aligned with the production schedule.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry Engineering, or a related field.
