About The Job

The role requires a skilled Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for recruiting, supporting and developing talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He/ she will be responsible for HR administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Specific Skills
  • 3 to 4 years professional experience in managing a busy HR Unit of a reputable organization
  • Proven experience in Contract Management
  • Very good knowledge of Performance Management
  • Experience in Remuneration & Benefits
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Having a Law background
  • Very good command of English, Kinyarwanda, Knowledge of French is an added advantage
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Facilitate various recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management initiatives
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and leave management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Manage employee benefits, reward and payroll.
  • Coordinate employee relation and disciplinary cases
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelors' Degree in HR Management or any related field
