Our Client in the Shipping and Logistics Sector is looking to Hire an Administration Officer, The key responsibilities for this role will encompass a wide range of tasks across Administration, Finance, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate should be adept at multitasking and possess a strong attention to details skills. Below are the detailed responsibilities for each area.

Specific Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in administration, finance, and human resources management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, financial regulations, and best practices in administration and HR.
 
Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Administration:
    • Handling mail
    • Procurement of office supplies
    • Arranging courier services
    • Coordinating office maintenance and repairs
    • Manage travel & hotel booking
    • Coordinate actions with landlord
    • Handling any administrative
  2. Finance:
    • Processing payments to authorities (licence, VAT, etc)
    • Managing payments to suppliers
    • Handling petty cash
    • Bank errands
  3. Human Resources:
    • Assisting in organizing events
    • Managing payment and filing of PAYE
 
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
