Specific Skills
Experience:
Experience working in or volunteering for a non-profit organisation.
Entry level or 1–2 years relevant experience within a company or an NGO.

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Demonstrable passion for development work, particularly in Rwanda's development
Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for national implementation of JA programs and volunteer recruitment,
management, and retention.
Responsible for working within the allotted budget.
Responsible for appraising program implementation in all regions for maximum effectiveness in line with the developed timetable for maximum reach and impact.
Manage program kit appraisal, printing, and tracking to ensure quality and availability.
Responsible for effective management and communication regarding the programs he/she
runs.
Identify program implementation risks/issues and resolve or escalate them to the program
manager.
Stay ahead of current trends and developments that can enhance program delivery and
impact.
Champion the JA brand and ensure program communications, events, and partnerships
align with the overall brand strategy.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business management ,project management or any related field
