About The Job

The HR ASSISTANT'S mission is to oversee personnel management, monitor files with the Social Security Fund, and handle retirement registration. The HR Assistant will manage certain administrative files for employees, from hiring to departure from the company.

Specific Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Management in a busy corporate environment
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Sage, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English may be required
  • Strong administrative management skills
  • Knowledge of labor law.
  • Understanding of public accounting, general accounting, regulations, accounting procedures, and the expenditure process.
  • Knowledge of public law principles and public procurement regulations.
  • Strong computer proficiency

Responsibilities & Duties
  • HR administrative tasks
  • Ensure the filing of employee records
  • Monitor daily employee attendance records
  • Monitor annual leave
  • Payroll management
  • Responsible for the registration of new recruits and expatriates in RSSB
  • Declare illnesses, work accidents, and maternity leave
  • Receive the statement, process it, and establish the payment order
  • Prepare retirement departure files
  • You will liaise with the labor inspection on matters related to social conflicts and other issues.
  • Keep the Occupational Health file up to date
  • Act as the focal point for all employee complaints
  • Manage employee health insurance policy
  • Prepare the monthly HR reports.
  • Administer personnel files (e.g., handling staff requests, monitoring disciplinary procedures, filing documents, etc.)
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Law or any related field.
