About The Job

The Digital and Connectivity Monitoring Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the stability, reliability, and performance of the Move App. This includes proactive monitoring, identifying technical issues, coordinating resolution efforts, and providing insights into user experience and market positioning. The role involves continuous performance tracking, issue resolution, and optimization, while collaborating with various teams to ensure high user satisfaction and app performance.

Related Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Work experience in a multi-sided platform business.
  • Proven work experience in B2C digital mobility services.
  • Track record in gathering user requirements and monitoring systems and Apps.
  • Exposure to Business Process Management, Business Intelligence Reporting, analytics, APP monitoring, logging system, incident management process and various stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong IT Process and Business Process Skills.
  • Good IT technical skills, including familiarity with programming languages, cloud services, databases, and web Apps
  • Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting and feedback skills.
  • Logical thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Good administrative and organising skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of incident management frameworks

  • Highly motivated with excellent time management skills and innovative

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Ensure stability, reliability and performance of Move App through proactive monitoring.
  • Ensure Move App functions as expected, detects issues early and coordinate actions to resolve problems.
  • Identify, analyze, and assist in the resolution of technical issues related to Move App performance, and provide insights to improve user experience.
  • Provide insights into market positioning of the Move App
  • Place enhancement requests of the Move App to the development team and monitor their performance
  • Ensure high user satisfaction as per internal customer centric metrics and external ratings
Educational Requirements
  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in ICT / Computer Science/ App Management / related field
