About The Job
The Business Development Associate's job is to promote and sell the company's
products, including health screening, pharmaceutical. Customers can include doctors,
nurses and pharmacists.
The Business Development Associate will increase product awareness, answer queries,
provide advice and introduce new products.
Specific Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fast moving consumer goods (FCGG)
- Experience in negotiation of contracts with corporate institutions like banks, hotels, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities & Duties
- organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
- identifying and establishing new business- Corporate Institutions including Hotels, Manufacturing companies, Banks, Insurance Companies, etc…
- negotiating contracts
- maintaining detailed records
- attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- reviewing sales performance
- writing reports and other documents.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field
