About The Job
We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be able to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to company activities to support informed decision-making. Using large-scale data (big data), the analyst produces dashboards for various departments and builds statistical models to guide operational services.
Specific Skills
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the same sector.
- Expertise with big data tools such as Hadoop.
- Strong knowledge in databases and database management.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Proficiency in data mining and analysis tools.
- Strong command of operating systems.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Communication with Internal Teams
- Participate in internal needs assessment workshops
- Accurately understand business issues and translate them analytically.
- Communicate findings and solutions with business teams.
- Present analysis results using data visualization tools.
- Extract data needed for analysis.
- Define data-cleaning rules (formatting, duplicate removal, etc.).
- Establish management rules for structuring different databases together.
- Draft specifications for automation of data management rules for the IT department or project owners.
- Ensure data quality throughout the processing cycle.
- Analyze data: highlight correlations and identify outliers.
- Produce dashboards or standardized reporting tools.
- Conduct statistical tests on data.
- Build and test statistical models.
- Determine or create key variables to be introduced into statistical models.
- Monitor new technologies and software solutions for data analysis.
- Research and experiment with new modeling and data analysis methods
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Statistics, Data Processing, Data Mining, Computer Science, or equivalent
