About The Job

Our client operating in International Courier and Logistics is seeking to hire a Human Resources & Administration Officer. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in Human Resources and Administrative functions. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the fleet, overseeing facilities operations, and leading financial recovery.

Specific Skills
  • Proven experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably with exposure to fleet management and finance recovery.
  • Understanding of Human Resources Management best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with fleet management processes, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Basic knowledge of financial recovery principles and debt collection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Human Resources:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
    • Support performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and development plans.
    • Oversee employee benefits administration and leave management.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Administration:
    • Manage daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees.
  3. Fleet Management:
    • Supervise the organization's fleet of vehicles, coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and routine servicing to guarantee roadworthiness and safety compliance.
    • Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, licenses, and insurance.
  4. Finance- Recovery of outstanding payments/debt:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to manage and track outstanding payments and debt.
    • Communicate with clients and customers to facilitate timely payments and address financial concerns.
    • Implement effective financial recovery strategies to minimize delinquencies and overdue accounts.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
